A list of 'norms' around dress, costuming and behavior, that someone new to the guild scene should know about. Things like how to go about assembling thier first set of garb, and tips on what they should shoot for. Things they might want to bring, and how to carry their gear etc...

Basically, to help new people get themselves personally together, when they know nothing. So that when their guildmaster is busy and doesn't tell them everything, they still might know.
