Due to new fire regulations, we cannot accept late applications as the fire marshal must approve the map no later than 30 days before the faire. Therefore, all Applications are due OCTOBER 10, 2025.

If you are a Food Vendor or have a Size NOT listed YOU MUST EMAIL US SO WE CAN INVOICE YOU! NO REFUNDS and No funds will be accepted at Faire Site.

Fees

$ 2.25 per square foot for Booth Space with a minimum of 10 x 10. Sold in 5-foot increments.

$150 For carts and wanderers (Must be Mobile).

If you show up on site day of without an application or prepayment of fees, you may be accepted, however you will be responsible for a payment of $500 minimum for your site in cash for a 10x10.
